4. COMPENSATING

With the goal of achieving Climate Neutrality, we have chosen to offset the environmental impacts of 2022 with a project for the production of clean energy, which will bring economic, social and environmental benefits on the territory in which it was built.

Offsetting means balancing the CO₂ emissions generated by an activity, supporting virtuous projects that avoid or absorb the same amount of emissions.

Transparency and consistency: our strength

We choose responsibly to offset CO₂ emissions, only after having calculated them and implemented measures to reduce them at source.

Azzeroco2, Legambiente Kyoto Club company that follows us in the path of carbon neutrality, has worked for us on the voluntary market of CO₂ credits, issuing the registered trademark with unique code that attests to the successful compensation of Tabu impacts for 2022.
